Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION

At Betott, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. If your Account is suspended or removed, we offer refunds for any amount left in your wallet on your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to the following terms:

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You will be eligible for a refund if your Account is suspended or removed due to:

  • Our failure to provide the Services.
  • Any instruction received from a government or regulatory authority.

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION DUE TO EXTERNAL DIRECTIONS

We may deactivate your Account in response to instructions from a competent government agency or regulatory authority. If such instructions are received, we will refund any deposited or net win amount from your wallet to your UPI ID. This will be processed via mail communication and is subject to applicable processing fees.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

In cases where our Services are unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters)
  • War, terrorism, or riots
  • Cyber attacks, cyber frauds, or phishing activities
  • Acts of civil or military authorities
  • Fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, or epidemic
  • Network infrastructure failures
  • Strikes or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials
  • Cancellation of services available on our Platform

Betott reserves the right to freeze the application and troubleshoot without prior notice. Refunds will be processed if required, but may be delayed due to these uncontrollable circumstances.

PROCESSING FEES

Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable processing fees, as required. The amount refunded will be credited to your UPI ID before 10 business days after communicating with you via mail.
